As a multicultural facilitator fluent in four languages, I draw on my trainings in Sattva Yoga, Compassionate Inquiry, Nonviolent Communication, and Neurolinguistic Programming to help others process emotions, break limiting patterns, and connect with their authentic selves. My work centers on compassionate support, empowering individuals to cultivate self-awareness and live with greater authenticity and ease.
