About Me
Growing up as a Third Culture Kid (TCK)—half French, half North American, raised in Italy, with studies in Argentina, work experience in Canada and lots of travels in between—I was immersed in a broad range of environments and perspectives. Fluent in French, Italian, English, and Spanish, I learned to connect across languages and cultures. As a curious and highly sensitive person, I often pick up on the emotions and energies around me, and people tend to open up naturally in my presence.
My path eventually led me to explore holistic approaches as I sought ways to connect on a deeper level with myself and better support others. Experiencing grief on multiple levels took me further.
In 2020, I became an active member of Between Us, a global community dedicated to fostering healthy communication around taboo topics. In 2021, I discovered Sattva Yoga and joined Compassionate Inquiry, two practices that beautifully complement each other. In fact, Anand Mehrotra’s Sattva Yoga is an integrated approach to Yoga that supports emotional release and balance through somatic work; while Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach that fosters insight and awareness by also exploring how emotions manifest in the body and how these can shift.
Today, I integrate these approaches with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to help others process feelings, cultivate self-awareness, and navigate their relationships with greater ease and authenticity.
I believe in the power of compassionate support—meeting others not as a distant guide but as a fellow traveler who simply has many tools to share. My work is about helping others shift the limiting beliefs and patterns that keep them trapped, allowing them to connect with their inner wisdom, meet their authentic selves, and clarify their needs so they can step into self-love, trust, and an attitude of radical, rational, surrendered optimism toward the future.
