Courage is one of the most desired and admired human qualities. It allows us to take on risks, pursue our dreams, and face difficult situations with presence (instead of looking away). Yet, being courageous is not always easy or even possible. Some of us are afraid of what we may lose if we take a big risk so understandably we choose safety.
Letβs share and listen to our stories. When have we been courageous, when have we stayed in our comfort zone, and how does courage in 2022 may look like for us?
